HOW IT WORKS
(Day 2 & Day 8)
Step 1:
Make the booking online using the correct form and address of isolation.
Step 2:
Unique reference number is generated and emailed to enter on the passenger locator form once payment is successful
Step 3:
Receive the test kits at your isolation Address.
Step 4:
Follow the Instructions for Swabbing on the manual sent. Ensure the lid is tightly closed once sample is taken.
Step 5:
Activate the Kit using this Link
Step 6:
Send the Testing kit back using the prepaid envelope in the priority Royal Mail box before 9am.
Step 7:
Results are issued directly to your email address by the partnered Laboratory as soon as test is done and certificate can be downloaded.

Mandatory Day 2 and Day 8 FAQs
From 24th October, you are required to take a day 2 lateral flow test if you are fully vaccinated and coming in from a non – red list country. However, people arriving to Scotland are required to take a day 2 PCR test.
If you are not fully vaccinated and coming in from a non – red list country, then one has to book and take a day 2 and day 8 PCR test upon arrival into the UK. Furthermore, you are required to self – isolate for 10 days upon arrival into the UK.

- Check if you qualify as fully vaccinated or not
- Book and pay for the relevant test accordingly
- Fill in the Passenger Locator Form
- Check the entry requirements of the UK and take a Covid – 19 test accordingly prior

What do I do if I am travelling from a ‘red list’ country?
A red list country is a country where travel to the UK is banned. Anyone who is arriving in England who has visited or passed through a country on the red list in the 10 days before their arrival needs to follow the UK Government’s Guidance.

You must obtain, take and return a free follow up polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test from NHS Test and Trace to confirm this. You can obtain your confirmatory PCR test by visiting ww.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test or by calling 119.
This test will be free of charge and will be sent to you as a home test kit.
You must take this test in accordance with this notice. If this confirmatory test is negative, you no longer need to self-isolate.
You may be contacted for contact tracing and to check that you, and those who you live or are travelling with, are self-isolating.

There is a requirement by the UK government to conduct genomic sequencing on all positive test results from day 2 tests. This is a very expensive process so increases the overall cost of the testing package.

The Fit to Fly Covid tests are the UK standard that most airlines in the UK and large parts of the world, expect to see before boarding. Without this, you may find international travel restrictions that can affect your milestones. Please check the guidelines of the country you are planning to go to because some countries require you to take a PCR test and some countries require you to take a lateral flow test. Your lab results will show the date when your sample was collected. It will also show the date that the test was completed and your report generated. These cannot be changed.
Once we have received your booking, a booking reference code will be generated which you will use to fill in your passenger locator form. We will dispatch the kits in accordance with the arrival date that you will provide while booking the test. Once you receive your kit, you will take the test and upload the picture of the cassette along with your proof of ID on our portal. All the details regarding registering the test and how to take the test will be provided in the package.
The customer must have a valid appointment before he/she arrives to the centre. Moreover, it is the customers’ duty to book the appointment in accordance with their day 2. Please make sure to come at the specified date and time. We might not be able to attend you otherwise.
